HP unveiled Slate 6 and Slate 7 VoiceTab tablets in India

HP introduced two brand-new tablet devices in India – HP Slate VoiceTab 6 and HP Slate VoiceTab 7, offering an efficient multitasking experience to Indian users. A quad-core processor, offering multitasking right from the email to web surfing, to gaming and streaming, powers both the variants of HP Slate Voice Tab.

Equipped with voice-calling capability, the newborn devices from HP are all set to deliver performance, quality and reliability, and helping business users.

At the time of launch, Rajiv Srivastava, vice president & general manager, Printing and Personal Systems, HP India, had this to say:

“How we create, consume and share information is rapidly evolving, driving the demand for new devices and form factors that adapt to the different ways people work and play. HP is innovating for this next generation, addressing the unique needs of customers in India with voice-enabled tablets that deliver performance they can trust, and the entertainment they want.”  

Running Android 4.3 Jelly Bean OS, the devices does support a 3G Dual SIM Dual Standby feature, offering voice connectivity and performance to multitask.

The HP Slate tablets offering front-firing stereo speakers for top-quality sound, which not only delivers an immersive experience, but also spans social media and gaming to streaming movies, music and more. In addition, the tablets sports 6-inch and 7-inch IPS HD display along with a better viewing angle.

However, the price details have not been revealed yet. Both the variants of The HP Slate VoiceTab are expected to be available in India by next month.
