So the carpet has been rolled out for the biggest event which is to take place on February 19th in New York City. HTC will be launching its most prestigious product, the HTC One in the US. The device is also known as HTC M7.
The HTC One will be released by major carriers in the US and includes AT&T, Sprint and T-Mobile on March 22nd. The device will be for taking with a price tag of $199 and a two year contract.

The HTC One will be featuring a 4.7 inch screen and will have in its heart a 1.7-GHz quad-core processor. The device will be available in Black and White versions. The device will no doubt feature the Android version of OS but it will have something extra in the form of the Sense skin which HTC has upgraded to make it stand apart from other Android devices. The HTC One will also feature two front facing speakers and also four ultra pixel cameras.
The American and European market are dominated by two players, Apple and Samsung. The HTC One will be the last ditch effort by HTC to carve a niche for itself in the Smartphone market in US as well as Europe. If HTC fails in its endeavor to find a footing in US it will be relegated to its role of creating economy class devices for markets like China and India.
