Rumors hint that the Galaxy Note 3 will be probably released at the MWC or the Mobile World Congress which is to take place in the Spanish city of Barcelona from February 24th to 28th. Samsung is already riding on the crest of the success of the Galaxy Note 2 and would surely like to cash in on the popularity of the device. Already a number of retailers have started to offload their Galaxy Note 2 stocks in anticipation of a launch of the Galaxy Note 3.
Initial reports were pointing towards the possibility of the Samsung Galaxy Note 3 being released in the later part of the year. However latest that Samsung rumors say is planning to release the device earlier sometime around the time when the iPhone 6 will be released.
There is another school of thought which points out to the release of the Galaxy Note 3 sometime in September at the IFA which is going to take place in September 2013. It is plausible because Galaxy Note 2 was also launched in September in 2012.

If the Galaxy Note 2 is not released at the Mobile World Congress this month, it will surely be released at the IFA in September. The Galaxy Note 2 will also get a one year cycle so that profits can be maximized. Samsung will also able to concentrate more on the eminent Galaxy S4 release in the near future.
