We were all anticipating the iPhone 5 eagerly with all our mental peace at stake; what came into light ( apple introduced its iPhone 4S on 4th October at its “let’s talk iPhone” event) was a phone slightly different (for the good, of course!) from the previous version, the iPhone 4, it’s the iPhone 4S. Let’s all understand one thing pretty clearly that there is no dramatic change in the iPhone 4S from the previous version. But still, whatever has changed has changed for the better.
iPhone 4S Tech Specs
Firstly, the looks; the iPhone 4S is almost identical to the iPhone 4. But, if the processor is in question the iPhone 4S has conspicuous advantage, the iPhone 4S has Apple A5 Dual Core 1GHz along with a dual core GPU. Apple claims that the new chipset will be two times faster and the graphic performance will be almost 7 times faster than the iPhone 4.
Despite the more powerful processor the iPhone 4s has a talk time of 8 hours over 3G, 14 hours over 2G, 6 hours of browsing over 3G, 10 hours over Wi-Fi. 10 hours of video of play back, 40 hours of music play back.
iPhone 4S Model Variants
The iPhone 4 had two variant 16GB and 32GB when it was launched, now 8GB variant is also available. The new iPhone 4S has three model variants sporting 16 GB, 32GB, and 64GB (that’s big, isn’t it?).
iPhone 4S SIRI App
Cake is good, but if there is icing it better: there are features like Siri, which is a sound recognizing app. Siri lets you use your voice to send sms, schedule meetings, place phone calls, and many more. Siri even tells you about the weather if you ask it. Siri understands what you say, knows what you mean, and what more, it even is talks back, if asked a question.
iPhone 4S Camera
iPhone 4S has a stupendous camera of 8MP with custom lens and a f/2.4 aperture .This 4s iPhone is said to have the best camera on any smart phone ever. It lets us shoot at 1080p HD video recording, 30 frames per second. There is no need to say that it has world’s best operating system the IOS.
Then there is an app which acts like your personal secretary; iCloud. It stores all your stuff: music, videos, pics, apps, software and more. When needed, it wirelessly sends all of them to your ordered devise.
iPhone 4S have things like Retina display, Face Time, Airplay, Airprint and many more; everything seductively attractively.
Now, folks, if you are waiting for the iPhone 5, let me tell you it will not come to life before a year or so (due to the CEO Mr. Jobs ill health and subsequent demise). And folks, it is not just good, it is fantastically brilliant. It has broken all the preorder records (two hundred thousand)just in one day, the very first day of booking.
