The Samsung Flagship, the Galaxy S3 is now available with an extended battery of 3000mAh. The Samsung Galaxy S3 is a very popular smartphone and users were asking for a larger battery, something like the Motorola Droid RAZR MAXX HD with a 3,300mAh battery. Well Samsung has obliged and offered a 3000 mAh battery will be featured in the Galaxy S3 and is now available for $65. The Samsung Galaxy S3 features the 2100 mAh battery which will be replaced by the 3000 mAh battery.
There are some tradeoffs also with the deal. The Samsung Galaxy S3 owners will have to shell out more $65 before they can get their hand on the new device. The battery is bigger and the replacement back cover also features NFC points.
The Galaxy S3 was launched on May 3 2012 and since its launch has sold very well. It is being touted as the Flagship of Samsung. The device features a features a 4.8″ Super AMOLED display with a resolution of 1280×720. The device runs on the Android 4.0 OS and features two cameras, a 8 Mega Pixel primary camera and a 1.9 Mega Pixel secondary camera. The device has a 16GB to 32GB of Flash storage and the storage can be augmented by the microSD slot to 64 GB.
