Google is preparing to release the physical version of its electronic payment system, Google Wallet. In a short time, the Google electronic payment system will be available in plastic card also. The Google Wallet Card will be very useful in situations here the software based Google Wallet cannot be used since the merchant does not have support for NFC payments.
A screen shot of the Google Wallet Card has been published on the website Android Police. According to the site the Google Wallet Card can be used like most major credit cards and will be accepted at all locations where the credit cards are accepted.
The Google Wallet stores credit and debit cards are facilitated by payment card providers like the American Express, Discover, MasterCard and Visa. The Google Wallet is at present existing as a Android App and is to become a cloud service. Last Thursday Google introduced Google Wallet for online commerce. The Google Wallet is a payment method that stores Wallet identification in the cloud after any preliminary purchase, so ensuing purchases can be made without re-entering personal or payment information.
Google is collaborating with quite a few online merchants, which includes 1-800-Flowers.com, Finish Line, FiveGuys.com MovieTickets.com, Seamless, SwimOutlet.com and Rockport.com, to put into practice its streamlined Web payment process.
